Choices

If you had say $10K to spend, would you:

a) Renovate your laundry

b) Put a decking in the backyard

c) Buy a weekender van which is a 5 minute walk to the Surf Beach and Lake in Gerroa

I am at the crossroads of what to do. 

Ideally, I want them all. Realistically I can have one.
